Over a long distance, the train imposes its timetable and its connections ; the plane imposes the airport. A car with a driver leaves from your address, at the time you choose, and drops you at the door — with your luggage, without changing.

The price is calculated and given before you book, VAT included, and it cannot go up. The per-kilometre rate is degressive : the longer the journey, the cheaper the kilometre. For these distances, simply tell us the route and the time — the amount is confirmed before you commit.

One way or return, for one person or for four. The most requested destinations from Brussels : Paris, Lille, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges, Liège, Maastricht and Cologne. An address outside this list is booked in exactly the same way.

A long-distance journey is booked in advance : it blocks a full day of the driver’s time. Let us know as early as you can, especially for a night departure or a late return.

Which destinations do you serve from Brussels?

How long is the journey?

As a guide, outside traffic: Antwerp 45 min, Lille 1 h 30, Luxembourg 2 h 30, Amsterdam 2 h 30, Paris 3 h 15. No changes, your luggage with you, right to the exact address.

Can we plan a stop on the way, or a same-day return?

Yes. Say so in your WhatsApp request: the driver confirms the price for the whole trip before departure, and it cannot go up afterwards.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better, especially for an early-morning flight. A same-day request is handled if the slot is free — send it and you will get a clear answer, yes or no.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Your flight number is taken at booking and the actual arrival is tracked. The chauffeur goes by the real landing time, not the one on the ticket.

Can the fare change afterwards?

It cannot go up. The fare quoted is a maximum, VAT included — if the ride is shorter than expected, you pay less.

How do I pay?

On the spot, at the end of the ride. An invoice in your company’s name is issued on request — mention it when booking.

Do you drive outside Brussels?

Yes, in Belgium and abroad, by reservation. For a pickup outside the Brussels Region, the ride must have been booked in advance — that is what the regulations require, and the reason we do not take unbooked rides.

Fares — The fares published on this site comply with the order of 6 October 2022 on taxi service fares (arrêté du 6 octobre 2022 relatif aux tarifs des services de taxis). The fare quoted before booking is a maximum; it may not be exceeded.

Privacy and personal data

What we collect — When you request a booking, you give us your name, your phone number, the pickup and drop-off addresses, the date and time of the journey and, where applicable, a flight number. Nothing else.

Why — Solely to organise and carry out the ride requested, and to confirm its fare to you. Legal basis: performance of the transport contract you are requesting.

How it is transmitted — The request is prepared as a WhatsApp message that you send yourself, from your own phone, to the chauffeur’s business number. The site keeps none of this data on a server.

Addresses entered — To suggest addresses as you type and to calculate the distance, the site queries open mapping services (Photon, OpenStreetMap). Only the text typed and the coordinates of the journey are sent to them, never your identity.

Audience measurement — The site uses the Google Ads tag and may use the Meta pixel to measure advertising effectiveness, only if you accept this in the banner: before you choose, and if you refuse, they are not loaded. With your consent, they place cookies and data in your browser’s storage (for example _gcl_au and _gcl_ls), and your choice is kept for 180 days. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page: these cookies and data are then deleted. Tracking reference: if you reach this site from a Google ad, have accepted the banner and contact us, a short reference (e.g. “ref. T7K4QX”) is added to your message. It tells us which ads lead to real rides. With it we record the action taken (price calculated, message, call) and the quoted amount. It is linked only to the technical identifier of the ad click, never to your name or your number, and it is deleted after 90 days. During your visit, the click identifier is kept in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab or withdraw your consent. Without your consent, no tracking reference is created. A simple request number (e.g. “réf. D4K7QX”), drawn at random when the page opens, may be added to your message so that we can find your request: it is linked to no ad and no data, is stored nowhere, and is only sent with the message you choose to send.

Your rights — Access, rectification, erasure, objection: write to contact@transfer.brussels. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

Retention — The chauffeur keeps the ride details for as long as needed to carry it out, invoice it and meet his regulatory obligations, then deletes them.

Booking terms

Booking — A ride is booked once the chauffeur has confirmed it to you, by WhatsApp or by phone. A request that has been sent is not yet a booking.

Fare — The fare quoted is a maximum, VAT included. It cannot go up, even in heavy traffic. If the ride is shorter than expected, the amount actually due may be lower.

Changes — An extra stop or a change of destination is agreed before departure; the fare is then quoted again before being accepted.

Airport — Give us your flight number: the chauffeur goes by the actual landing time.

Payment — On the spot, at the end of the ride. Invoice in your company’s name on request — mention it when booking.

Long distances — For a ride of more than 50 km or with an estimated fare above 100 €, a deposit equal to half the estimated fare may be requested at booking, in accordance with Brussels regulations.

Cancellation — Let us know as early as possible, by WhatsApp or by phone.
